Trackail (the "App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

Information You Provide: We collect shipment tracking numbers and carrier names that you manually enter into the App to provide tracking services.

Automatically Collected Information: The App may access your network state to determine if it can sync data. We do not collect personal identifiers, location data, or contact lists.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To fetch and update the status of your shipments.
• To provide local notifications regarding shipment progress.
• To improve App performance and user experience.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses 17TRACK API to retrieve shipment information. When you track a package, the tracking number and carrier code are sent to 17TRACK. Please refer to 17TRACK's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle data.

4. Data Storage

Your tracking data is stored locally on your device using a secure database (Room Database). We do not upload your personal tracking list to our own servers.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
